Horse Stables Gallery

Our Horse stables are made out of robust timbers and are built to last. We use 75mm x 50mm framing and clad the stables with a high grade 25mm Scandinavian redwood tongue and groove. We build them in a 12' x 12' unit size as standard, however all our stables are made to order so we can make alterations to the sizes if required.

We include a 3' overhang on the front of the stables, which is under boarded with premium tongue and groove cladding for a superior finish. We also line the inside of the stables with an exterior hard faced 12mm ply to 4' high at standard. The divisions in between each stable are lined to the eaves height with plywood. A top and bottom stable door are supplied with 18" galvanised hook and band hinges, a kick over bolt, 6" galvanised pad bolts and an anti chew strip on the bottom door. Our horse stables are roofed in genuine black corrugated onduline with a clear roof sheet in each 12' x 12' stable, we are able to supply alterative roofing options if required. Guttering is not supplied as standard but is available as an optional extra. We can also incorparate other features into our horse stables such as windows, ventilation hatches and additional clear roof sheets.

We advise that our horse stables should be built onto a concrete base, ideally with a brick plinth for the timber frame to be bolted to. We can supply a brick plan for the base work so that our stables match the brickwork. As an alternative option we can make metal skids for the horse stables so that they can be towed.
